Dossier

F.01 / DOSSIER

Schaad Landscape Services is a family-run landscape company in Bennington, Vermont — established 1984, with more than forty years across design/build, grounds maintenance, hardscapes, and irrigation, plus snow removal with 24-hour emergency winter service. The relaunched site leads commercial: campuses, storefronts, HOAs, senior living — one team for the whole property — with the homes in between.

We built the signature site on a deep near-black forest green, alternating with parchment-cream sections, antique-gold engraving, and a burnt-orange call to action under a subtle film grain. The hero is a scroll-scrubbed canvas build sequence — SCROLL · FROM THE GROUND UP — an autumn Vermont property assembling as you scroll: white farmhouse, red barn, misty ridgelines, graded dirt with survey stakes. Fraunces carries the headlines with key phrases in gold italic; Hanken Grotesk carries the body.

A circular gold-engraved crest anchors the identity — the Bennington Battle Monument between pines over furrowed rows, ringed EST. 1984 — alongside six engraved gold-on-green service illustrations, real project photography, the white plow-truck fleet, and a giant ghosted 1984 watermark behind Perry Schaad's single-truck-and-wheelbarrow origin. Set against our machine-register AI sites, this is the same precision in a heritage register — engraving where they run blueprint grids. Range is a discipline, not an accident.
